The word Tapasya represents mindful living, discipline, and inner peace. Vastram means clothing. Together, Tapasya Vastram is more than a clothing brand — it is a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature.
Our journey began with a question:
What if clothes could support a calmer and healthier way of living?
That thought inspired us to create garments made with natural fabrics, earthy tones, relaxed silhouettes, and timeless simplicity — clothes that feel breathable, effortless, and comforting in everyday life.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Prashant Varshney, the founder of Tapasya Vastram.
The idea behind Tapasya Vastram was born from a simple realization: while we carefully choose natural foods for our health, most of us wear synthetic fabrics every day without thinking about their impact on our body and the environment.
My journey with yoga, natural living, and holistic wellness led me to explore the world of natural fabrics. What I discovered was surprising—comfortable, high-quality natural clothing was either difficult to find or too expensive for most people. I believed there had to be a better way.
That’s why I started Tapasya Vastram.
Our mission is to make natural clothing accessible, comfortable, and affordable for everyone. Every piece is thoughtfully designed using natural fabrics that feel gentle on the skin, support mindful living, and offer a sustainable alternative to polyester-based clothing.
For me, Tapasya is more than a clothing brand. The word “Tapasya” represents discipline, conscious choices, and a commitment to living in harmony with nature. Through Tapasya Vastram, I hope to inspire more people to embrace natural living—not just in what they eat, but also in what they wear.
