Since all our products are made to order, we begin crafting your garment after your order is confirmed. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery in case of:
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong item delivered
- Significant size difference from what was ordered
How to Request an Exchange
WhatsApp us at 9720065479 with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
No Returns on Custom/Made-to-Order Items
Since each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in case of non-delivery or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days.
